The Board of Directors approves the sustainabil- ity statement as part of the Report of the Board of Directors. The Audit Committee oversees the Group’s financial reporting process and sustaina- bility reporting as part of it. The procedures for cases of disqualification are described in the company’s Corporate governance statement. Information about the company’s major shareholders and their number of shares and votes is available on Metsä Board’s website .
