The Board of Directors approves the sustainabil- ity statement as part of the Report of the Board of Directors. The Audit Committee oversees the Group’s financial reporting process and sustaina- bility reporting as part of it. Information about the company’s major shareholders and their number of shares and votes is available on Metsä Board’s website .
